First and foremost, Director Zhao Xinlong of the Teaching Department made a comprehensive and detailed summary of the teaching work of this semester as follows: initially, we should strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics, and improve teachers' professional quality; In addition, Director Zhao Xinlong pointed out the highlights of the work of the teaching and research groups, suggesting that everyone should learn from each other; Also, we should implement the routine management and carry on the effective supervision and inspection on the teaching work; Furthermore, teachers should reflect on the deficiencies in their teaching work, striving hard to enhance their teaching skills.

Moreover, Xu Degao, Director of the Moral Education Department, introduced in details the development and achievements of moral education in this semester in terms of head teachers' work, colorful moral education activities, safety work and home-school cooperation. 

Last but not the least, Assistant Principal Liu Qiongdan spoke highly of the hard work of the teachers this semester, hoping that teachers would strengthen the inspection of students' homework and life guidance during the holidays, paying close attention to the growth of students in the meantime.
